Before you have a problem

We always like to hear from you, no matter in what context. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you might have as soon as it comes up. You don't have to wait until a question becomes a problem.

When you have a problem

First, please take a moment, and see if you can find anything related to your problem in the User Guide that was provided with your system. This guide is also available as an Acrobat Reader file on your system as well as on the DigiConform software CDs.

About Support

Every effort is going to be made to help you as quickly as possible. Usually, we will try to resolve the issue over the phone first, then we schedule a visit at your location. If no resolution is achieved, you may be provided with a spare system (pending availabilty). This usually entails the loss of the captured video files. You would have to re-capture the video onto the spare system. Once the problem with your own system is resolved, your own system will be returned to you. Trouble-shooting may require to re-install your system from scratch. This procedure takes about 6 hours, and it means that any and all data on the hard drive will be lost. Although it is not at all recommended that you attempt this yourself, all neceessary software CDs have been provided to you with your system.
