Warranties
Software warranty for 90 days, hardware warranty as extended by the hardware component's manufacturers (e.g. hard drive for 3 years from date of manufacturing).
Tech Support
It is understood that DigiConform systems represent a substantial investment that has to work properly well beyond the the software warranty period of 90 days. Every effort will be made to keep your system running ...and running ...and running. However, we reserve the right to charge an hourly fee for tech support after the software warranty period has run out.
Tech Support is available via telephone and email. On-sites visits can easily be arranged in the Los Angeles metro area.
